Having a used a mixture of heat creams and cold sprays on my knee, nothing much has changed and the pain is still there and the limp is getting worse...
It probably won't be helped by the fact I'll be spending most of tomorrow driving.!
Plenty of work done today then a trip to the Wharf after work for a shot... The main tower at the Wharf, One Canada Square, snapped and rotated right...
I find neoprene supports are great as they keep the area nice and warm so stop it stiffening up and keep plenty of blood there to help with the healing.
I agree, supports are great. And use some anti-iflams? Help with the pain around the site. Poor you, hope that things get better for your holiday. Great photograph here btw, really like it and it makes my eyes go funny!
oooh! mindbending op-art feel to this... tres awesome!
sorry to hear you're having knee troubles... i've never tried neoprene supports, but have used the elastic bandage ones and i do agree they can make a world of difference... hope you're feeling better soon
@johnnyfrs@azza_l@padlock@northy@blightygal Cheers guys... it's a torn cartilage so I know what the problem is, but it's been ok for the last couple of years... typical it has to play up now.. but yeah, have all the hot and cold creams plus a support (although have to say, the support seems to cause me more pain so dumped that...)
