Can you play me a memory?

Busking outside Southern Cross Station. The hustle and bustle of Melbourne CBD streets still a memory after 2020-21 lockdowns, with office workers still working from home and office occupancy rates at only 45% of pre-COVID levels. About 15% CBD retail spaces still unoccupied.

I like this capture. That blue stool really stands out. Christmas might help but I doubt we’ll ever get back to how it was.

Thankyou. I agree that it may never be the same. Sometimes, though, the contrast is really striking.

A great candid shot. I hope that there is enough footfall to reward him for his efforts.

A candid look into the new world. I doubt office space will be filled in the near future. It is so easy to work remotely for many now and also saves the Companies money.

Lovely candid capture. It seems to be the same all over the world.

We were just in Europe and, to me as a visitor, the effects seemed less evident. @ludwigsdiana

A symbol of a sad period, one can only hope that it will turn around one day.

Yes, I agree.
