At first there was a bird swimming. Then there was none. It was a
Common Goldeneye (Bucephala clangula, Telkkä in Finnish) diving for food. It could stay for a surprisingly long time under water. This bird was swimming in a narrow channel in Vuosaari Golf in Helsinki.
