Traditional Finnish food made in the oven: Herring stew contains also pork, potato, onion, and carrots as well as milk and eggs and some salt and pepper. Maybe carrots do not belong, but I like them.

It's been so long since I had silakkalaatikkoa... I think I've made it only once or twice, but my mom makes it sometimes and I eat it there.

Ai miten hyvän näköistä. Mä jättäisin sipulit pois, kun me ei sitä herkkua miehen kanssa syödä. Mutta muuten kyllä kelpaisi.
