I saw a registration plate lying by the roadside. It looked like it had been forcibly removed from the vehicle. I took it home and googled. Quite right: Scooter moped BAOTIAN BT50QT had been stolen a week earlier in Tuusula some 15 kms west from Kerava. Maybe some youngster in Kerava is now driving it. Or maybe it was taken somewhere farther away to be sold. Three days later another moped of the same brand was stolen in front of the same block of flats. Perhaps some professional thieves are operating here. Hubby took the plate to the Police station.
