Fairy (Little, Little Blue) Penguin

The smallest member of the family of penguins primarily found in the southern parts of Australia and New Zealand.

Penguins live almost exclusively in the Southern Hemisphere, only the Galapagos penguin is found north of the equator.

@kali66 the wildlife park where my youngest works - I have seen them in the wild around our harbour - and was in the water with one once watching it chase fish - until we realised the shark alarm was going off and had to exit the water hahaha

@annied oh nice, we have little blues here but i have only seen an injured one in the daytime, and one scampering over the rocks in the night
