Oh how wonderful. You are still able to go outdoors walking through your lockdown, aren't you? We may not leave our homes to walk dogs or get exercise. The only thing we're allowed to do during lockdown is go to the nearest place for essentials such as food or meds.
yes, we can go out individually (or in family groups if you live together), but we can't drive to somewhere to walk or cycle or take dogs. I don't think we have to go to the nearest shop - I might find out the hard way if I'm stopped!
