I put a little display up in the village hall for people to look at after the funeral while we had the gathering and tea. It created lots of interest. Mum had done many crafts over the years, and I put out weaving, felting, batik, braiding, sculpture, pottery, raku, dress design, and other stuff!, but this bit represents us going out for our tea in the car each afternoon - and this Chinese year with our dog tea towel of course! ;-)
@narayani showed her appreciation of and ability with colour, form, pattern, materials. I didn't find most of her raku, but when I do I'll put a shot on for you
That's lovely, personal to just the two of you and the display in the village hall I am sure sparked lots of happy memories and conversations a perfect tribute.
