Yes, I think they are plastic. Saw more today and we touched them - don't feel like fabric that will naturally decay - nor a "green" plastic. I'm going to research.
@anniesue They're nice! Our standard Royal Canadian Legion ones are much different. I thought surely I'd have a close up of one on here somewhere, but it seems I don't. They're green with purple ribbons, some amount of "artificial flower" type poppies, and often two green things that look like ferns (I think they're meant to represent laurel leaves, but I'm not sure).
