Breathe in

Stress doesn’t go away in a day. It’s not a switch you turn to relax. When you reach your limits (like I did last week with the PhD), it takes time to come back to normal. You have to be patient and you have to try. As @despina_kargakou put it this morning, “nobody else can get rid of your stress, but you”. So I’ll do what I know. Yoga, breathing, sleep and good food. Are you with me?

ps. There’s a right and a wrong way to do the tree pose. Never rest your foot on your knee. It should press against your thigh or against your calf, but not against the knee. Practice safely!
