It costs 25 cents to look through the binoculars at this lookout which is 400 feet above the Hudson River.

Yes, I've taken a few photos from this site before but the focus was usually on the Manhattan skyline (which is off to the right) or what was going on in the river (boats doing boat stuff.) This time I changed the focus to the binoculars.

@johawk Anyone can use the binoculars, Jo. There are several "lookouts" along this part of the river at various elevations and they are open to the public. At this "lookout" the Manhattan skyline is off to the right and the Palisades cliffs are down and to the left. Visitors use the binoculars to see these views. Hopefully not to look into someone's living room window across the river!
