Victoria came to help again today, but Oliver went to play golf with his Daddy; Victoria preferred to come and work for us!
It had rained during the night and early this morning, so as the grass and bushes were wet, we decided on indoor jobs today. The builder has now completed the cupboard in the shower room and although it still needs to be painted and finished, by us at some point, Victoria and I have spent much of the day sorting out various towels, tea towels and other linens. Some of these have been placed in the cupboard, mainly to get them out of the various places in the house; at least some rooms now have more space to move around in. These items will have to be moved again for painting etc and some of them may eventually go into the airing cupboard, which will be built in the main bathroom.
The day turned out to be warm and sunny and even though I took some pictures in the garden, I decided that today’s blip would be of the two top shelves of the cupboard as this represented my day quite well.
