A cold and at times wet day today, but I had plenty to occupy me indoors. I now have my Open University student allocation for the module I teach so I have been sorting out papers, spreadsheets and other necessary paperwork, which needs to be done before the module starts.
There must have been quite a lot of rain during the night as water was bubbling out of the manhole cover further along the lane; it is also part of the main sewer in the village. I reported it this morning and they have been out this afternoon to fix it.
Not a very exciting day, photograph wise, so today’s picture, taken between showers is of another of my Viola flowers.
My hips have recovered somewhat, from yesterday, as they were treated to some painkillers and rest last night. Today I have been sitting for much of the time giving them still more time to recover.
