Peacock's feather - a different take

As I have mentioned here sometime earlier I have a peacocks feather lying on the desk in my craft room simply because it's beautiful to look at - I especially love how the light almost bounces off the feather when hit by direct sunlight and how the reflected light then reveals an abundance of iridescent colours and hues... Today I wanted to create a different take on a peacocks feather combining the beautiful colours with the bokeh capabilities of my Lensbaby Velvet 56 lens (which quickly have become one of my favorite lenses), and I quite like the result :-).

Gear used Olympus OM-D E-M5 + Lensbaby Velvet 56 f1.6/56mm.
Such a great way to photograph it! I love it
