Today's shot reminds me of a story by the Danish writer and poet Hans Christian Andersen (1805-1875)… When I was a child my beloved Grandfather would read aloud all the fairytales of H.C. Andersen (and the ones by the Grimm brothers and others)... One of the stories I remember was the one about the little fir tree. H.C. Andersen wrote this story in 1845, and the morale of it is that life is best lived in the moment - that we miss out when we focus on what we don't have instead of enjoying what we do.
