Today is the third day in a row with heavy fog covering the land… which is very rare… and very beautiful, so before going to work I took a small detour deeper into the forest surrounding the place where I work.
There's something mysterious about travelling through a forest in thick fog... especially if you are equipped with a vivid imagination :-D.
Before taking this shot I stood still for a while just listening to the sounds... The density of the foggy air influenced the way the sounds ricocheted between the trees, only adding to the mysterious atmosphere...
