These lovely hyacinths were were waiting for me outside our front door when I got home from work on friday - they were a surprise gift from my dear mother in law. She wanted to remind us that spring is on it's way... this was so kind of her, and just what I needed after a long week - now they sit in their pot on our dining room table making sweet promises of spring, and I almost can't wait for them to bloom...
