Beneath A Liquid Sky...

If anyone works out that not-so-obscure reference... I'll take my pizza and eat it...! (I really shouldn't do this on an empty stomach...)

Very nice. How much editing did you do? How did you get the colors?

Is the reference to the book of short stories (Dresen)? or to that weird movie, "Liquid Sky"?

Great picture and edit

@godders Thank you! ;-)

@houser934 Thank you! ;-) The letters/numbers at the end of the names of my pictures are a giveaway of how much work I've had to do... ;-p The last step, which makes up most of the colour effect it a Core Filter; Composite Mode = Subtraction (I'm not a 100% certain of my translation there...)

And, yes; you are absolutely correct; it's a reference to the film! ;-p

@houser934 As for the book, I'm assuming you're referring to "The Dresden Diaries"? Nope, ain't got that one. (Absolutely _no_ relation to the film by the same name, but maybe to the TV series?)

@sugarmuser @timandelke @redrucksack @northy
Thank you, everyone! ;-) There's a lot of buildings with reflective facades in this part of town. They often catch my eye, but I don't always have my camera at the ready... ;-p The weather was really dreary when I shot this picture, so even with the reflections, it cam over rather dull, so I decided to play wit it. Not sorry that I did... ;-p

Nice reflection shot. Was trying to figure out the red, but it must have been the processing.
July 21st, 2012
@grannysue Thanks! The red are the clouds; the filter I've used made it come out that way. Hence the reference to the movie 'Liquid Sky', that uses that effect a lot.
