Plough - 6-04

I went to a local ploughing match today. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great and I turned up toward the end of it so only managed to get a few decent photos.
that perhaps I will share with you over the next few days.
This tractor and plough combination caught my eye for two reasons. One it is quite an unusual tractor that you can see if you take the time to view my other two albums. Two the driver seem to be quite a character as you will see. His hat was obviously decorated for an easter bonnet parade at some time. I will share a close-up of that later in the week.

Lovely composition and perspective. I like how the monochrome seems to bring out the textures of the soil and the metal of the plow. Excellent capture!
