My long time friend wanted help making a table for dog bowls. I came up with (and did some quick cad drawings of) what I though was a very cute stand, but she wanted it to look like a wooden crate and have an open back so stuff can be stored under it.
The style is not exactly my cup of tea, but it's not going in my house. My friend is happy with it, and that's all that matters. Made in one evening, entirely from stuff I had on hand, aside from the dog bowls. I just put on a 2nd coat of polycrylic.
I had a dog once who would lie down to eat but this is what she needed. She was a retriever lab mix and a big girl. I like the way you've made that the bowls are flush with the top.
