frigid five

today my man and i ran in the appropriately named 'frigid five' mile race. normally he runs with me, and i slow him down considerably. so we agreed that today he would run his own pace to see if he could get a personal best (he was shooting for under 35 minutes, or a 7min/mile pace). and he did awesome! he finished in 35:18, and placed third in his age group. so proud of him!
needless to say, i did not place in my age group.
