you make me smile

my silly boy. he got his school haircut today, and i wanted to take a shot of it. my little guy rarely takes a 'normal' photo--and i love it. he brings LOTS of joy to our family, and i think to others as well--he received an award at the end of the school year last year for exhibiting the character quality of (wait for it...) joyfulness! he makes me smile.

i hope he makes all my 365 friends smile as well. we all need it after my photo yesterday. i can't express adequately how much i appreciate all of your kind words, prayers, and thoughtfulness yesterday and today. wish i could give you each a big hug. thank you so much, friends. you all make me smile, too.
