my man is an ironman! we spent the day (ALL day!!) cheering him on at the OKC redman, an ironman-distance triathlon. this consists of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride, and a marathon (26.2 mile run). this was his 4th ironman, and he finished in just over 13 hours. i was exhausted just watching him!
Wow, what a triumph! Just thinking of all that energy and endurance makes me want to fall over in exhaustion. He does look happy, and it's a great shot. I admire people who are involved inthings like this. It just amazes me that a person could do it all in one day.
Hmmm.... I think he just may be SUPERMAN! That is totally awesome! Love the photo's. I'm proud of him. I can't even imagine how you must feel. I so admire this undertaking.
Is he crazy...he is smiling in all these photos! Im almost positive I would be on the ground in pain by the second event....and a smile is not what I would be flashing you!LOL
