We’re all a little punchy after being up 36 hours but I did manage to check one box off. Which was to have a Guinness. I’ve heard they taste a lot different (better) in Ireland without being shipped so far. I’ve come to the conclusion that I just don’t like them! I gave it an honest try. Time to crash!😴
It’s definitely an acquired taste! I don’t mind a Portogaff - has a dash of lemonade in with the Guinness - but I doubt if they’d serve that in Ireland! Have a fabulous time - wish I’d got there when I was over that way...
Great taste in beer! A coworker went to Ireland last year and visited the Guiness brewery. He said the same thing - the beer is way better at the source
@narayani thank you I know I will, you’ll need to come this way again! The lemon sounds like an improvement but I don’t think I’d have the guts to ask.
