It has rained nearly all day in Townsville today so this is a photo I took last week. Normally dragonflies and butterflies don't sit still for me. This little dragonfly repeatedly came back to this group of plants long enough for me to get a decent shot.
Oh wow, oh wow! this is incredible. Such detail and focus. For some reason, we have had swarms of dragon flies here the past two nights, but of course, none of them are cooperating and landing anywhere near me and my camera. Congratulations.
@microart I can understand that Suze, I actually live in Charters Towers most of the time and we haven't had anywhere near as much rain, but I do really feel for you, enough is enough.
