This was built by a Czeck-born Batchelor resident because he found the rocky outcrop too difficult to keep neat. It is a replica of the Bohemian Karlstein Castle. Bernie Havlick died after working on the project for five years, the water wheel needed to complete the project was under his bed. This park was named in his honour.
