Apparently this native is now endangered so it is being sold at nurseries in the hope that it will be saved. It's a very hardy variety and grows well in my garden.
I'm going to really try to catch up with everyone. Things are a little crazy around here at the moment :)
Now don't you worry about catching up. I know the feeling, take your time and rest up after your trip. This one's definitely a fav. Gorgeous flower accompanied by that beautiful lighting and bokeh.
This is beautiful Sheralee! I love the deep maroon center with the white/yellow tips. My hibiscus is potted but I'd love to have it grow naturally in my yard.
