Thanks so much for the lovely get well messages. A couple of days and I'll be fighting fit :) The grandkids and I spent some time in the garden and came across this little cutie. There was also a huntsman spider but I thought I would spare you.
Beautiful shot. Love the processing, much prettier than a huntsman. I missed a photo opportunity a couple of nights ago as I watched David trying to flick a huge huntsman into a bucket with a brush in our bedroom as the spider had decided to move in for the night. I won't kill huntsman spiders but I wasn't going to share the night with it just in case it decided to crawl across my face while I was asleep. ha ha.
Brilliant composition with the leaf's edge creating a sharp, distinct line and the rest of the leaf appearing to fade off eternally, making the ladybug's journey seem all the more arduous. Wonderful capture, and all the more so considering you're not feeling your best AND your the entertaining Grama.
