I love this in B&W - it really puts the focus on the man resting - I think in color all that cool graffiti would be more of a distraction. I like this a lot!

For some reason, maybe it's the light or the more geometric composition, I really like this lane in b&w. This is a nice contrast to your other shot of the lane in color.
