Bala lake -little train

I had a lovely day out with my friend - we always treat each other to a day out on our birthday . We headed to Wales . Here we are at Llyn Tegid --Bala Lake , where runs a little train !
N.B.This was not my Birthday (as I had my friend Hazel believe ) but Jo's birthday -my friend of 50 years --she and I used to teach together .I took these photos by chance --at the right place at the right time !! as we crossed the narrow gauged railway ,on our way to the lake side .

@quietpurplehaze Sorry Hazel -- I must not have worded that correctly - it was my friend Jo's birthday and we went to Bala lake -she does not travel into Wales (like me being widowed !!) and this happened by chance as we were crossing the railway to the lake side !(No ,I am a December babe !!!)
