A bowl of home made soup is just the comfort food needed during the wintery weather .I made this soup of Broccoli and Stilton last week and here it is served with a toasted bap of ham ,brie ,and cranberry sauce -- all delicious .
As I made quite a big batch of the soup -- the rest was bagged in portion sizes and put in the freezer for future use .
