Job accomplished ! I made 8 jars of marmalade yesterday -- love the aroma that fills the kitchen . We love ginger preserves so I make Orange and ginger or Lemon and ginger marmalade from time to time -- it had more substance to it than shop bought !
Another frosty morning -- I have to go to hosp again this morning , they were not happy with the results of my blood test last week -- so I have to go for another blood test today !!
Yummy looking marmalade. I've just finished reading Paddington Bear to a class of 6 year olds, so marmalade is a hot topic! The other day in class, we made butter, cooked toast and had marmalade to celebrate finishing the book. We also did some great artwork.

I do n`t like marmelate but if I do it will be a orange or ginger one. Great shot of yours , Love the nice labels on it .

This is why I love Markets - get to be able to buy home made marmalade - not that awful jelly like stuff in the supermarkets. Lots of peel and flavour. Hope the blood tests find you are in good health!

You're very right, home grown or home made eatables are always much better than those we buy. Love the jars and the labels - they just seem to be asking you to open and taste the delicious marmalade that is inside. A very nice and well composed picture.
Even got handmade labels Beryl! A very proud display & a good day's work! I have never had ginger marmalade but I think I would like it. Funnily enough marmalade is not at all popular with the B&B's these days. Hardly ever buy it, they all want jam. Nothing nicer than toast & marmalade!
Home made marmalade is my hubby's favourite thing on toast. Do you have a recipe you share, as mine never seems to come out very well?
