Lovely flower with its fuffy head but I don't know what it is . Have fun with your new camera they always seem a bit daunting until they have been used for a while.
Thank you all Finally remembered the name -- Meadow Rue , but had to look up its Latin Name !! --Thalictrium Aquuigelifolium It is of the same family as the aquilegia ,and bears the same leaf pattern !!!!
