Thank you for all your lovely comments on my days in and around Porthmadog , I am sorry if I have not found the time to comment on your wonderful and interesting photos , but tomorrow I shall be on my way to hospital at 7.00 am for my knee replacement surgery - I hope I shall not be in for too long ! I shall be in touch when I return home !

@carole_sandford Thanks Carol - I am memorising the exercises already , and have my crutches ready to take with me -- this is my second knee replacement , had the other done two years ago !! ( have also had both shoulders replaced ) will be the bionic woman one of these days !
