The blackbirds had been absent from my garden for quite some months until about the end of November , but now they are certainly back -- I have never seen so many at one time in my garden till yesterday when I counted seven at one time ! I had replenished the bird feeders and had put a few fat balls on the bird tables , which the blackbirds seem to love !
At least your Blackbirds are good looking. We have those black Grackles, maybe the homeliest bird on the planet. I like this bird’s pose, he doesn’t look very big.
I love the blackbird, he's so smart & sleek & his voice is sublime! We have a couple of pairs come to the bird table & we love to see them. A lovely shot Beryl!
