A pop of colour in the garden ! by beryl

A pop of colour in the garden !

Another bright and sunny morning - none of the downpours some of you have encountered in the UK here yet !

One or two jobs around the place this morning - then a hosp app. for hopefully a new CPAP mask which I wear at night to help rectify my Sleep Apnoea . before I go away to N Wales at the end of the week !

Plant -Italian arum , relative to the woodland cuckoo-pint or lord and ladies but this garden variety has deep cream veins on its spear-like leaves possibly named Italian arum as the leaves resemble veined Italian marble A very poisonous plant -- but I originally grew the plant for the attractive leaves for flower arranging .
Lovely pop and looks nice surrounded by all that green. No rain here .
