Goats at the farm

In spring we saw these goats as small kids just been born , wearing jumpers and kept warm under lamps . Today really healthy young male goats ,and I hate to think that they are fattened up for the slaughter house . What a cruel life yet I eat meat !

A lovely capture and a sad fact of life. I eat meat but I can live without it, I have two daughters that are in their 40s that went veggi more than 30 years ago! So I know we don’t have to eat meat to be healthy.

Beautiful earrings girls! Yes it's better to think that if there was no market there would be no animals in the fields! Too expensive to keep cows & sheep etc as pets! As long as they have a well looked after happy life it's ok I reckon. It's the rytham of life!
