My upright prunus tree is a beautiful column of colour but not for very long as we are experiencing a little wind stirring and disturbing the leaves today.
.Now the Halloween celebrations have past we are now into a more tradition of Guy Faulks and Bonfire nights (5th Nov) but a lot of organised bonfires will take place this weekend . I shall be home with the telly on keeping Alfie company . Poor little thing is not happy with the loud bangs that often accompany the fireworks - so tender loving care is needed t such times !
We used to put the radio on loudly for our Staffordshire Bull Terrier who hated fireworks, otherwise she would hide under the bed. You've caught the Autumn colours beautifully in your picture. Hope your cold is getting better.
What a beautiful tree. Have you heard of the thunder jackets for dogs? They fit very tight and seem to help the animal feel safe during thunderstorms and fireworks.
Lovely autumn colours and a great capture against the lovely blue sky.. Hope Alfie is coping Ok with the fireworks we will be having 4 days of it I think and my poor kitty is terrified .
Lovely autumn colours. Poor Alfie, you will have to buy him some ear plugs. We don't celebrate Bonfire night here thank heaven. Too much risk of starting a bushfire
