@susiemc - Thanks ,Sue -- I have cut down a lot on baking too as like you I am trying to keep to a healthy diet , being diabetic and standing in the kitchen for long only aggravates my spondylitis in my back !- then I am crippled for the rest of the day ! Life can be VERY tedious at times ! :)

@beryl I do feel for you Beryl. I hope you do continue to bake from time to time because it is important to do the things we love. At least when you’re tired and aching you can sit and eat cake 😂. Your post has inspired me, I’m going to do some baking!!
