Jackdaw . by beryl

Jackdaw .

The birds are flocking to the grden at the moment , so lovely to see and hear their songs .The Jackdaw is quite an intelegent bird - nothing goes passed his beady eye without him noticing it ! He watches me from the neighbour's chimney pot and is soon down to feed off my "big bird " table !
NB As many of you have guessed rightly - the Jackdaw comes from the Crow family of birds !
E xcellent capture. Beautiful. Fav.

Super shot Beryl. We've seen lots of them in Sweden. I'm glad you named him as we were thinking they might be crows!

He reminds me of our crow who has the same beady eye and misses nothing.

Great capture of the bird.
As I feed peanut butter to the small birds I got lots of problems with this ones. Need to made protections as the eat all of it..
