..…. as taken from our mini-bus as we travelled to our monthly craft day at the farm ! So hot , that we were all flaking !! and so the afternoon session was closed early . The good things for the day were travelling in air-con mini bus , meeting up with friends ,and a delicious summer's day lunch which we all enjoyed ! - The lunch was fresh salmon , Holladay sauce ( home made ) new potatoes in parsley and butter , fresh salad with a salsa , and a pasta in tomato and dressings . Followed by a medley of fresh strawberries , raspberries , and blueberries , cream and vanilla ice-cream . Makes me drool all over again !
Woke up early again to another sunny day , - I have been out in the garden 7.30 ish to prune one or two shrubs before it gets too hot and before my friend comes down for our fri morning chat and coffee !
