This is a little Azalea ,Gary bought me as a houseplant for Mothering Sunday , After it completed flowering I fed it well and planted it outside in a larger pot . It has done well and is starting to flower again - rather out of season ,as I expected it to flower in late Spring !
I have had a topsy-turvy day - so no photos today - I had rather a rough night aches and pains and couldn't sleep , so spent part of the night downstairs with painkillers and a cuppa , Went back to bed around 6am and slept until nearly 11 am - unheard of ! but full of aches and pains all day ,hence the late posting !
You can grow anything. I have never heard of an Azalea blooming more than one time in a season. They are such beautiful flowers. Gee I’m sorry about your ongoing pain issues, I am glad you got some sleep this morning, though.
Sounds like the sort of night I have quite often but I’m lucky as I have no pain.....so glad you slept in but it’s a long night being awake when the rest of the house is fast asleep! You can look after plants so well, they blossom under your care Beryl...lucky plants that end up in your house!
