On my way to Shrewsbury yesterday I stopped in Atcham to look at the river Severn . The swollen river was up to the banks , brown and flowing fast as it carried water from the Welsh hills - so much rain of late .
Today -not sure whether its going to be sunshine or rain - no doubt we will have both before the day is done !

Thanks Beryl. It's all heading this way!! I'll have to go and have a look when the rain eases off. The farmers are worried they have moved all the sheep to higher ground. Great for us dog walkers until the water arrives!
We're complaining of getting too much rain here while Newfoundland Canada has 15 cm of snow. brrrr... hope your river won't overflow. nice presentation, Beryl.

So much rain lately....must be catching up! Wet here today too. A river in full flow is an impressive sight....have a good eeekend yourself. Hope you’re feeling more like yourself now & not as much pain.
It does look pretty full. Beautiful landscape photo. We don’t usually get that much rain so our rivers get most full when the snows in the Sierra melt in the spring.
Can you send us some of your rain. We had two good storms which heavy showers on two consecutive days around 4/5 weeks ago and not a single drop since then. Love this.
