Upright flowering cherry

My upright flowering cherry is coming into flower - such a show baby as it is so tall and majestic - shame that like all flowering cherries the blossom does not last for very long !
some ill effects after my covid vac yesterday - today a muzzy head , muscular aches and pains and completely fatigued - I have slept for most of the day ! (more severe than with my 1st vac ) hopefully will feel better tomorrow !

What a cheerful Image that makes me feel like I'm having a photographic Hanami (Japanese festivities celebrating cherry blossom season). Sigh. I had to cancel my trip to Japan this year AND Japan is not allowing Hanami for anyone. But you have given me a visual Hanami! Gorgeous.
