Flowers at Christmas

My otherwise white (artificial) flower arrangement has been added to , with holly and red carnation sprays all ready for Christmas . You may notice the shepherd crooks and walking sticks by the side - these were crafted by my father and hold a special place in my heart !

Lovely photo. I can well understand why you treasure the crooks and walking sticks. What also really caught my eye was the fantastic love spoon on the wall. I already knew the word ‘priodas’ but had to resort to the dictionary to understand ‘ruddem’ (ruby) and had to resort to Google to see which anniversary that was (40) even though Frank and I have past that mark and are coming up to 50 next month. What a beautiful remembrance of Annie and Richard’s anniversary!
