Well it is such a saga-- the field which the developers in Sept were given the go ahead to build over 360 houses on is now being grazed !! At the end of last year we thought that things were started as a new Water pipe line was embedded across the field - later we realised this was to supply water to another new site further along ! A week or so ago I heard along the grape vine !! that the landlord was reported to say that he had not sold the land YET !!! And at the weekend sheep appeared in the field ! --Is this a good sign for us that the field will not be sold ? all we can do is wait ,hope and enjoy seeing the sheep while we can !!
Oh joy Beryl......how you must have all welcomed these sheep! Hope the owner has not sold. To put a damper on it things grind exceedingly slow with any planning, I do hope you keep your field!
