For years I have had beautiful poppies in the garden ,in pate pink & also in dark pink !! I scatter seeds annually but this year I do not seem to have any of these poppies !! --but this one semi-double of a red has appeared on a planter !! Oh dear !! nature is so peculiar !!
Lovely clarity and colours. I think it is really difficult to get such a good focus on a poppy and also to get the colour true. You have achieved this perfectly.
Tis is a wild poppy and they seed so easily! I love seeing them come up in the garden but you have to be careful as the druggies like to rip them out and take them away!
