Day 223 - We had to get up at stupid o'clock to go to Heathrow Airport to pick up my 18 year old daughter, who's been away for 4 weeks in LA visiting her friend - she's a lot braver than I was at her age!
I went to America at 18 with a friend, it only now when I think about it, that I say to myself, wow did we really do that? We had a fab time. Nice plane shot!
@chrisiow Thank you, I took it standing in the middle of the long stay carpark at Heathrow! @susiemc Thank you, I wouldn't even travel on my own now, let alone when I was younger! @carole_sandford Thank you, wish I had been adventurous when I was younger, I always feel like I've missed out on something! @louannwarren Thank you, she doesn't seem to fear anything, which is not always a good thing! @ludwigsdiana Thank you, I didn't have a choice in the matter, when I voiced my concerns she said 'never mind I'm 18 you can't stop me'
