One of our favourite British traditions is Pancake Day! Although we love fluffy American pancakes we went old school and has crepes with lemon and sugar.
This also marks the end of our successful month long challenge of having a different recipe every day! It was easier than expected and think we'll definitely try to keep trying new recipes as much as possible!
