Enjoying this menu planning I've got going on even lunches - weight loss going very well. Keeping up the walking and also doing kettle bell work-outs all good fun!
@dh OH I don't have any tips, these were made quickly at lunch all ingredients - buckwheat flour, milk, egg ( of which I used 1 egg as could not really 1/2 it with the rest of the recipe -as i was only made for 2 not 4) whisked together , used spray oil in the pan - voila! - So tip may be double the eggs :-)
